I had a hard time coming up with my Thursday Thirteen this week. I decided to do something easy and fun. So…here’s to thirteen things you may not know about me.
- I can play the piano.
- I flunked out of college the first time I went. The second time I decided to go…I graduated summa cum laude.
- My favorite color is Purple.
- I have one brother (older), 2 nieces, 1 nephew, 5 great nieces and 2 great nephews.
- I will NOT watch horror movies.
- My favorite television show is Criminal Minds.
- I didn’t always want to be an author. The careers I wanted when I was growing up: accountant, physical therapist, nurse.
- My favorite soda is Dr. Pepper.
- I hate reality TV.
- I’ve been married twice. First marriage lasted 8 months. The second…my hero and I have been married for 13 1/2 years.
- I used to swim professionally as a child.
- My favorite food is anything Mexican.
- My parents have been married for 49 years. My grandparents were married for 54 years before my grandfather passed away in 1994 – which is one of the reasons I believe in love and romance and write about it.
