Pink Posse Contest

Monday, May 29th, 2006 | Uncategorized

Whoohoo! Today’s the day (and week for that matter) that several of me and my fellow Cobblestone Press authors will be guests on the Pink Posse yahoo group. So, in honor of the occasion and that Friday is the “big day,” I’m hosting a contest. The winner will receive a gift certificate for any book of their choice from the “opening books” at C.P.

What do I need to do you ask?…..Well…go to my website www.lyricjamesbooks.net and read the excerpt for “A Thin Line,” and answer this question….”What does Melodie say about the bartender?”

Then, come back to my blog and place your answer with this post. I’ll draw from the winning entries tonight at 8:30p.m. Central. Happy reading!

Lyric :-)

Yeah. There’s no bartender to give you another round of rum punch, but it’s a quiet place to relax and read, and I thought, skinny-dip in private.”

Love the excerpt you posted. Especially the last line. Definitely makes you want to find out what happens next.
