I Love It When A Story Comes Together

Oh boy! I guess it’s been a week or so since I posted. I’ve been working on a new story and for the last week it’s been really dragggginggggg. I was literally about 19 pages into the story with NO sex…and let’s face it. I write SEX!!!

But, I finally pulled it together. I had to go back and edit and in the end, I wrote 7 pages yesterday and another 5 today….and I’m still writing. It feels great!

So, this is what I mean when I say “I love it when a story comes together.” Hopefully I’ll be finished with this story in the next two weeks so I can submit it to Cobblestone the first part of May.

I live in the Southern United States with my husband and two children…and one on the way very very soon.

I’ve been writing for two years and sold my first short story to Cobblestone Press in early March. I am so excited about it! I haven’t received a pub date yet, but as soon as I do, I’ll be sure to let you know.

I write multicultural erotic romance, sometimes with a little suspense thrown in the mix.
